KHATTI DAKAAR
Upper abdominal discomfort,
described as burning sensation, blotting or gassiness, nausea or feeling full
too stomach quickly after starting to eat.
1 - Treatment: -
Lahasun
(Garlic) – 20 gm
Adarakh (Ginger)
– 20 gm
Pyaj
(Onion) – 50 gm
Tamatar
(Tomato) – 50 gm
Pudine
ki Patti (Mint Leaves) – 10 gm
Jeera
(Cumin) – 10 gm
Namak ( Rock
Salt) – 10 gm
In sabhi ko piis kar
chatni bana lain, then beej nikle 20 kismis mila lain and isme aadha (half)
nimboo (lemon) bhi nichor lain , then ek – ek kismis chatni ke saath khate
rahen. Swad banana ke liye 10 gm mishri bhi mila sakte hain.
2 – Treatment: -
Hingwastak
– 10 gm
Choti
Harad (Haritki) – 10 gm
Meetha
Soda – 10 gm
This formula also known as “ SHIVA CHAAR ”. All ingredient mix well and use after food with normal water.
3 – Treatment: -
Gud
(Jaggery) – 20 gm
Sunthi
(Sonth / Ginger Powder) – 10 gm
Both
mixed well and added 10 gm TULSI Drops and mix well again, then prepare small
pills like mustered seed.
Dose – 1
or 2 pills taken morning & evening both time a day.
4 – Treatment: -
Ginger
Juice – 10 ml
Lemon
Juice – 10 Drops
Rock
Salt – 0.5 gm
Dose - Mixed well and taken with half glass of normal water. When you are suffering from Indigestion.
